International Journals Publication details of Faculty Members:

The active research in Chemical Engineering department was started in the year 2006. The major research areas of the department are Natural product extraction, Sol-Gel synthesis, Energy Management, Nano-technology, Hydrotropy and Biosorption. The department is highly equipped with research equipments and chemical engineering softwares like ANSYS, Chem CAD and MATLAB etc., for carrying out research. Already three faculty members have become the research guides of Anna University of Technology, Chennai. Chemical Engineering students have been involved for carrying out research work, moreover they have published 7 research papers in highly reputed international journals.
